为了能义务提供给大众或专业人士相关健康教育，一群热爱健康医学、并热衷于传播科学健康理念的爱心人士，于二零一九年初，发起筹备“新方舟国际健康教育”（Health Earth Association，HEA），机构最终成立于二零二零年六月。

HEA是经加州州政府及美国联邦政府登记立案的非营利性机构，该机构有较完善的组织形式，机构包括现代医学，替代医学和传统医学的专家，教授，学者，博士后，博士，研究生，大学生，中小学生和爱心传播者。

本机构的宗旨: 是汇全球健康资讯，供世界大众使用，让教育惠及万家，愿人人健康长寿。机构的Logo：绿色的树叶代表所有的医学范畴，尤指自然健康之意；树叶托起了地球，代表我们的机构愿意用最大的努力，向全世界传播健康教育；外周的圆圈与内部的图案相结合，代表团结所有现代医学、自然医学、地域特色的医学、古代医学、前沿医学、以至心理学、社会关系学等等，一切与健康有关的学科。

 We are a group of professionals who have been engaged in the medical and health industries for many years. In providing services to patients and guests for a long time, we have discovered an amazing phenomenon. Many people (up to 95%) do not have a basic understanding, a correct cognition, various habits and behaviors in life. Without these understandings, it can cause long-term or short-term damage to one’s health unknowingly, and even lead to the occurrence of diseases. 

There are many reasons for this:

• Today, while the Internet is highly -developed, there are still no free channels or platforms that can provide more complete, professional, and comprehensive medical and health knowledge.
• For ordinary people, acquiring relevant knowledge through medical school is time-consuming, costly, and distant.
• The overwhelming variety of health knowledge on the Internet is large and scattered, not only professionalism cannot be guaranteed, but most of them have commercial purposes.
• The precious health experience accumulated by mankind from ancient times to the present is only understood by a few professionals, and it has not been popularized and benefited more modern people.

We are deeply aware of the importance of health information to human health, especially when the 2020 epidemic breaks out, it highlights the consequences caused by the lack of public health knowledge. So we brought together people with lofty ideals from all over the world to jointly launch this health education public welfare information platform…
